Bringing my portfolio to Facebook

Some people do not use X, I have to adapt

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Taking a look at one of my growing platforms for my career is my professional Facebook page. This was a tool that I did not consider until my boss, Chris Roush proposed the idea of creating a page ot me whenever I was a few months into my position at KQ2. Roush and many others who work at KQ2 and different stations around the area have a professional page. This is nice so that people who would like to follow my stories do not have to add me on my personal Facebook page.

I have done what I can with getting this page to something that can be looked at in a better light. I naturally post to my X account as soon as I have some kind of content to post. I have been trying to find some kind of app where I can post on both platforms at the same time. Sometimes it is a struggle to remember to also post on my Facebook. But I may have to get used to copying and pasting at a fast pace like Roush told me he has.

Along with posting content that I have done at work, I could also post personal content on this page. There are a lot of the older demographic that may not be on X that like to follow media personalities on Facebook. Along with keeping people up to date on local stories that I cover, I could also show people my personality so they might follow me more and therefore watch KQ2 more in the future.
