Analyzing my X account

The network formally known as Twitter is quite interesting.

(COSBY, Mo.) Looking at my current follower rate on my X profile. Currently my follower count is 756 on X while following 256 people. This is an interesting follower count that fluctuates. One of the reasons I believe that this fluctuates is people only following because they are interested in the game I am that I am covering and currently live posting about.

Whenever I cover a game for work, I am encouraged to do live posting so that people will follow along. This can and also lets people know when they are searching for it that we are covering it and that they will have to watch our station to see the highlights.

At the end of the day I realize I can not do much about this. People will naturally lose interest if you are posting about something that they do not care about. This is why when I am graduated and am able to focus more on these avenues, hopefully that follower count will stay high and keep growing for the time being.

I believe that this follower count helps me stay credible. Whenever people stumble acrossed an account with a small amount of followers that is posting about a mostly unknown game, they do not know whether or not to trust the person.

I believe also with posting more on my account with opinions on sports matters will help keep follower interest. The best content is the content we put out no matter what, if you do not have content then people will not care.
